Shipping Policy
At The Product Co., we process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times by region:
- UAE: 3–7 business days
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Items must not be damaged, opened (if sealed), or missing parts.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at e.comm.store95@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at e.comm.store95@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it upon receipt in accordance with our Return Policy above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
