1. Overview
The Product Co., operated by THE MAISON AVENUE, is a UAE-based brand that ships products to customers worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our facilities in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays via email.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship globally to most countries and territories. Available shipping destinations and options are displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at e.comm.store95@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
All orders ship from the UAE. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
UAE (Domestic):
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman):
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available)
Rest of Middle East & North Africa:
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Europe, UK & North America:
- Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days
- Express Delivery: 3–6 business days (where available)
Asia Pacific, Africa & Rest of World:
- Standard Delivery: 10–21 business days
- Express Delivery: 5–10 business days (where available)
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping promotions, where available, will be clearly stated on our website.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from the UAE, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by The Product Co. / THE MAISON AVENUE.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about import regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs duties, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at additional cost) or issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at e.comm.store95@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and (where applicable) photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
10. Export Compliance
All shipments are made in compliance with UAE export regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for countries or regions subject to UAE or international trade sanctions or embargoes.
